**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site execution of interior design projects
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth workflow
- Track project progress and report updates to the project manager
- Manage materials, labor, and site safety regulations
- Solve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of projects

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of interior design materials and execution
- Problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred but not mandatory
