Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Review and understand business requirements and technical specifications to develop effective testing strategies and plans.
- Design, develop, and execute ETL test cases and scenarios that cover data completeness, data transformation, and data quality.
- Perform data validation, data integrity, regression, and performance testing on different stages of data processing.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
- Collaborate with ETL developers and data architects to ensure consistent project execution.
- Report testing status, including test results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered, and their severity.
- Ensure that data loading, data quality, and performance meet the requirements.
- Assist in managing the final quality on production release.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ETL Tester or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and validation.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, or similar.
- Familiarity with data warehouse and database testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data analytics.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
