AchieveX Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator for one of our esteemed clients in Kolkata. The maximum notice period for this position is 30 days. Job Descriptions: Database Installation and Configuration >> Install and maintain the Oracle database software. Create and alter the database structure as needed. Manage user access and security to the database. Setting up database user accounts Backup and Recovery>> Implement backup and recovery plans to protect the database against data loss and reconstruct the data if loss occurs. Knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL. Performance Tuning>> Monitor and optimize the performance of the database. Work closely with development teams to improve database performance. Patch Management>> Capacity Planning>> Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity planning. Analyze and forecast database growth patterns, and recommend and implement scalable solutions to accommodate the increasing data volume. Database Monitoring>> Monitor, optimize, and allocate physical data storage for the database systems. Plan for future database expansion requirements. Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation. Analyze and resolve database issues. Documentation>> Maintain thorough documentation of database configurations, processes and procedures, ensuring a comprehensive knowledge base for troubleshooting and future references **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
