- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces in various areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- **Reporting Issues**:Identify and report any maintenance issues encountered during cleaning, such as faulty equipment, damages, or safety hazards, to the maintenance department.
- **Stock Management**:Replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities in designated areas, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Public Area Maintenance**:Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, ensuring they meet established standards.
- **Guest Service**:Respond to guest inquiries and needs regarding cleaning, maintenance, and other housekeeping-related matters, while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- **Safety and Health**:Adhere to all health and safety regulations, using cleaning supplies and equipment safely, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- **Inventory Management**:Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, reporting shortages or damage to the supervisor.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damage to the maintenance department.
- **Collaboration**:Communicate effectively with other department staff, including maintenance personnel, to ensure seamless operations and address any issues promptly.
- **Professionalism**:Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to company dress code and guidelines, and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
