Spare Parts Executive

**Spare Parts Executive **play an important role in stores that require a regular supply of parts in TASS. By maintaining the right mix and level of stock, parts Executive helps to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the store's service and repair operations.

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Responsible for handling spare part department as INCHARGE.
- To maintain all spares parts ORDER in workshop.
- Responsible for Requisition of parts with Parts manager.
- To coordinate with service team for supplying parts order.
- And also responsible for parts issuing and miss match of parts at time of Audit.
- Stock Planning of Spare Parts - Monitor and maintain concurrence between sales, spare parts inventory and order generation for channel partners (dealers/ distributors/ TASS)
- Updating Parts order and part received on time.
- Doing Billing for Customer.
- Managing files for maintenance
- Responsible for inventory controls.
- Maintain store systematically
- Keep needed spare parts documentation available and updated
- Develops and maintains relationships with current potential vendors to build long term connections
- Monitor back-order report daily
- Provide customers with prompt, friendly, customer service
- Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop.
- Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the TASS recovers full credit from the factory.
- Regular audit of stocks.
- Establishes pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
