**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and engagement; respond promptly to interactions.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
- Maintain a secure database of login credentials for all social media accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,913.87 - ₹28,000.00 per month
