**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Handle inquiries and provide general information about the company or services
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with visitor access and security protocols
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
