**Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**

Coordinate all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

Conduct rate analysis to determine project costs and budget requirements.

Prepare bills and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with _**Delhi Scheduled Rates**_ and other relevant regulations.

Prepare detailed_**Bill of Quantities (BOQ)**_ for project materials and resources.

Oversee _**site management**_ activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Execute projects efficiently while managing resources effectively.

Plan and manage manpower allocation for various project tasks

**Marketing Management**

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote electrical services and products.

Identify and pursue business opportunities through market research.

Manage client relationships and address their needs promptly and professionally.

Prepare and deliver persuasive marketing presentations to potential clients.

**Inventory Management**

Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of electrical materials and supplies.

Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials on time and within budget.

Monitor inventory usage and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs.

Implement inventory tracking systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project management.

Thorough understanding of _**rate analysis, bill preparation, and BOQ preparation**_.

Knowledge of Delhi Scheduled Rates and regulations.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Proficiency in MS Office AND ADVANCE EXCEL and project management software.
