Description
- **Job Title: Resident Medical Officer**:
- **Salary Is Negotiable, Based on Interview.**:
- **For BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Salary as Mentioned, and For MBBS Based on Experience and Interview.**:
- To effectively interface with patients & attendants and to co-ordinate on all matters relating to provision of Health service.
- To provide need-based assistance in selection of type & nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.
- To practice evidence-based medicine with awareness regarding patients, proper evaluation and deciding adequate line of treatment as per the direction of concerned consultant.
- To Document patient File/ Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/ complete).
- To assist Consultants as per hospital protocols in carrying out procedures.
- To generate reports on test / procedures performed (Operation notes and discharge summary).
- To timely coordinate with other specialties.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
- To comply with patient safety policy.
- To ensure safe utilization of equipment's and proper waste disposal system.
- Ensure punctuality and responsibility while discharging duties.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
