The F&B Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant, responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest requests efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists to optimize table allocation.
- Present menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and dining areas.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and preferences.
- Assist in promoting the restaurant and upselling special dishes or beverages.
- Adhere to hotel grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
