**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar welder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial solar systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other related equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments to determine roof suitability, sun exposure, and potential challenges.
- Test and commission completed solar systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
- Connect and configure electrical components, ensuring proper grounding and adhering to all safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining the installation process and answering questions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a welder or in a related field.
- Experience with welding is required.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical wiring and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
