Job Summary:*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Strategy Development:*
- Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.

2. *Campaign Management:*
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

3. *Content Creation:*
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create multimedia content.

4. *Social Media Management:*
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
- Create and schedule social media posts, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.

5. *SEO and SEM:*
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and other platforms.

6. *Analytics and Reporting:*
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

*Preferred Skills:*
- Certification in digital marketing or related field.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
