**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop formulations for supplements, oils, capsules, and other wellness products.
- Research and validate Ayurvedic herbs with modern clinical references.
- Ensure formulations meet safety, efficacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with R&D and quality teams to take products from lab to market.
- Maintain proper documentation of formulations, stability testing, and trial results.
- Collaborate with regulatory team for AYUSH licensing and approvals.

**Requirements**:

- BAMS / MD Ayurveda or equivalent qualification.
- 3-7 years of experience in Ayurvedic product formulation (FMCG, nutraceuticals, wellness).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology of herbs and modern validation techniques.
- Experience in working with regulatory standards (AYUSH, FSSAI).
- Innovative mindset with the ability to blend traditional knowledge with modern science.
