**Overview**

As a Product Design and Accessory Intern at TANN TRIM, you'll dive into the dynamic world of fashion and craftsmanship, working alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in design, production, and marketing. You'll assist in the creation of high-quality accessories, learn about material selection and the production process, and engage in market research to inform our marketing strategies. This internship is ideal for those passionate about fashion and leather craftsmanship, offering a valuable opportunity to build a solid foundation for a future career in the industry while contributing to a creative team committed to innovation and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the design and development of leather goods and accessories, contributing to brainstorming sessions and concept creation.
- Participate in material selection and sourcing, learning about various types of leather and hardware.
- Support the production team in the manufacturing process, including quality control and product assembly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in leather accessories.
- Help with inventory management and organization of materials and finished products.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports on design concepts and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in leather goods, accessories, and fashion trends.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design software is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
