Merchandiser (Male)

**Job Title**: Merchandiser - Home Appliances

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **merchandising strategies** for home appliance products
- Ensure **proper product display**, visibility, and brand representation at retail outlets and showrooms.
- **Coordinate with sales and marketing teams** for promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor **inventory levels**, stock rotation, and replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Collect and analyze **market and competitor data** to identify trends and opportunities.
- Train and guide **store promoters and sales staff** on product features and selling points.
- Maintain **planograms and visual merchandising standards** as per brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with **retail partners, distributors, and dealers**.
- Provide feedback on **customer preferences, product performance, and sales patterns**.
- Ensure compliance with **pricing, discount, and promotional policies**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management**, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a **Merchandiser** in **home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG**.
- Strong understanding of **retail display principles and inventory management**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel, PowerPoint**, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Good knowledge of **market trends and customer behavior** in the appliance sector.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with major appliance brands (e.g., LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Panasonic, etc.).
- Understanding of **retail analytics tools** and **POS data analysis**.
- Strong **visual merchandising and presentation skills**.
- Willingness to travel frequently to retail outlets and dealer locations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
