**Job Description**:
As a High School Physics Teacher at Asha Academy, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and inspiring a love for science. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons that align with our curriculum standards and objectives. Your duties will include:

- Planning and implementing effective instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Creating hands-on laboratory experiments and activities to reinforce key concepts and promote inquiry-based learning.
- Assessing student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments and providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and projects.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with advancements in the field of physics education.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and academic growth.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster strong partnerships and support student success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in physics or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification/license in Physics (or eligible for certification/licensure)
- Prior teaching experience at the high school level preferred
- Strong content knowledge in chemistry and familiarity with current educational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for science
- Dedication to continuous improvement and professional growth
