Onboarding Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Onboarding Specialist** to join our growing team at SKY TECH APP SOLUTION. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and responsible for guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional start to their journey with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome new clients and introduce them to SKY TECH’s services and processes
- Collect and verify client requirements, documents, and project details
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, sales) to ensure timely onboarding
- Set up client profiles, logins, and necessary tools for communication and project tracking
- Schedule meetings, demos, and training sessions as required
- Maintain regular communication with clients during the onboarding phase
- Ensure client satisfaction during initial engagement and handoff to project team
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activity in CRM or internal tools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online project platforms
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a client-facing or support role
- Basic understanding of web and app development processes
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Hindi and English communication proficiency

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
