**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**On-Site Measurements**: Conduct precise and comprehensive measurements of interior spaces, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

**Interior Assessment**: Evaluate spaces for factors that may impact design and installation, such as structural considerations, electrical points, and architectural features.

**Documentation**: Record measurements and assessment findings accurately, producing clear and detailed reports for use in design and installation planning.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure that on-site measurements align with design intent.

**Travel**: Be flexible and willing to travel to various project locations to perform on-site measurements. This may include local and occasional out-of-town travel.

**Communication**: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to relay measurement details, raise concerns, and provide solutions to potential challenges.

**Precision and Attention to Detail**: Maintain a high level of accuracy in measurements and assessments, recognizing the importance of precision in the overall project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- A background in the interior industry is essential.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performing on-site measurements for interior projects.
- Flexibility for travel to different project locations, both locally and occasionally out-of-town.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and assessments.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey measurement details and collaborate with teams.
- Basic understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret measurement data for design and project planning.
- Problem-solving skills to address potential challenges during on-site measurements.
