- KNOWLEDGE OF PRESS TOOL, FIXTURE AND GAUGES: Tool design planning, checking tooling feasibility, generate indent for required material process.
- Budget: upto 60k

1. KRA of Sr. Press Tools designer
- Design and develop high-precision press tools (progressive, compound, blanking, piercing, bending, forming, etc.).
- Ensure tool designs meet product specifications, manufacturability, and cost targets.
- Review and approve detailed drawings and CAD models.
- Optimize designs for tool life, ease of maintenance, and production efficiency.
- **Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, safety guidelines, and internal quality systems**:

- **Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and risk assessments.**:

- **Support validation and trials of new tools; resolve issues from try-outs and production.**:

- **Guide junior designers and apprentices; provide technical support and training.**:

- **Review and approve work done by junior members.**:

- **Foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability.**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
