Vice Principal

**Position : Vice Principal**

**Location**: Sikar, Rajasthan

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to assist in the overall management, leadership, and operational responsibilities of our school. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to ensure that the school provides a high-quality educational experience, fosters a safe and inclusive environment, and promotes the academic, social, and emotional growth of students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Administration**:

- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the school, ensuring the effective running of all academic and non-academic activities.
- Support the Principal in developing and implementing the school’s educational policies and improvement plans.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Deputize for the Principal in their absence, representing the school in meetings and functions.
- **Curriculum and Academic Oversight**:

- Work with faculty to ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented and aligned with educational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching practices and student learning outcomes, suggesting areas for improvement.
- Support the development and review of academic programs and assessments.
- **Student Welfare and Discipline**:

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of a positive and safe school environment.
- Address student behavioral issues in accordance with school policies and ensure a high standard of conduct.
- Implement strategies to enhance student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being.
- **Community and Parent Engagement**:

- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community to enhance the school’s reputation.
- Act as a liaison between the school and parents, addressing concerns and keeping the community informed about school activities.
- Organize and participate in school events and activities that promote student development.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership, with prior teaching experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff, students, and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of current educational trends, policies, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive school culture and environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
