**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualize and Design**:

- Develop creative and original streetwear designs in line with the brand's aesthetic.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and streetwear culture to drive design innovation.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Marketing, to ensure designs align with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to bring designs to life.

**Prototyping and Sampling**:

- Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, ensuring design integrity is maintained in the production process.
- Conduct quality checks on prototypes to meet brand standards.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in streetwear fashion.
- Translate market insights into design concepts to stay ahead of industry competition.

**Qualifications**:
A degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing streetwear design concepts.

Excellent knowledge of design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

Creative thinking and a passion for streetwear culture.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
