We are looking for a Financial Controller for a Series A Funded eCommerce Healthcare Brand.

**Job Profile**:
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and regulatory compliance.
Prepare Audit data and coordinate for audit done by Big 4s.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Prepare accurate financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings.
Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth.
Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
Support technology-driven initiatives and digital transformation in finance.

**Requirements**:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Exposure to eCommerce / D2C Companies will be a plus.
Proven hands-on knowledge of Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (India AS).
Experience in financial statement preparation and month-end/year-end close processes.
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and proactive approach.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the healthcare industry or multi-location business setups (preferred).
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
