**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with various departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order details.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems with relevant information.
- Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
