**Key responsibility areas**:
A lab attendant is expected to undertake responsibilities in:
- Maintaining and keeping track of lab inventory and electronic materials
- Management and monitoring the day to day working of the Tinkerers lab, XR lab and Usability lab
- Have the skills, knowledge and ability to code for various microcontrollers, sensors, actuators
- Have the skills and knowledge for coding in Arduino IDE, C++, C Sharp, Java, Maya etc.
- Ability to code and debug the code in various environments
- Provide support and guidance in the use of virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed/merged reality and motion capture environments, development tools, and related technologies.
- Ability to work in Unity / Unreal technologies and scripting for interactive and immersive projects
- Support students in understanding the use of computational, technological scoping and logic
- Best practices to realize art and design projects using digital tools
- Experience of working in lab or in a similar setup where he has been exposed to using many of the above mentioned technologies.
- One-to-one student support on individual projects
- Conduct tutorial sessions
**Eligibility Norms**:
Degree or Diploma holders in any technical/engineering stream with a minimum 3 years’ experience. Have relevant knowledge and experience in handling electronics work and projects as well as relevant knowledge in AR/VR lab equipment
