**Financial Controller - Financial Accounting & Controlling**:

- As a member of Financial Services, is able to deliver high quality of data and reports to the whole organization, support other team members. Is working on continuous increase of efficiency and improvements.
- As a Financial Controller, is able to take care of assigned tasks independently, able to answer external/internal requests. Provide high quality data and is focused on company and department goals.

**Responsibilities**
- 1. Performing General Ledger tasks (Fixed assets accounting, Accruals, Prepaids, Payroll processing, Journal Entries, Month-end and Year-end closing activities, Inventory analysis and reconciliation to GL).
- 2. Intercompany global recharges and intercompany reconciliation for the Group.
- 3. Analyzing financial data and preparing accounts reconciliation.
- 4. Preparing financial reports.
- 5. Monitoring internal controls.
- 6. Coordinating internal and external audit processes.
- 7. Identifying and solving cross-process issues (PtP, OtC, T&E).
- 8. Streamlining accounting operations, recommending and implementing process improvements.

**Our requirements**
- 1. Educational Background:

- Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 2. Professional and Managerial competencies:

- Proven experience in Financial Accounting (more than 10 years).
- Preferably in production company or Finance Shared Service.
- Experience in ERP systems.
- 3. Personal characteristics:

- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Pro-active, mature and able to work with respect to the deadliness.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- English at professional level.
