We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Java, React, and AEM to join our team on a part-time freelance basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and assistance for Java, React, and AEM projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software development and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Offer guidance and best practices for coding, architecture, and design.
- Review and refactor code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Document technical processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with code reviews and provide constructive feedback to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Java, React, and AEM with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Java, React.js, and AEMFramework/Core.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience providing remote job support is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in the US and UK time zones.
