Key Responsibilities
- Checking and ensuring LAN Networking Connectivity to the Head Office. Analyzing and diagnosing the network issues and take corrective action by coordination with the External Vendor.
- Periodical Monitoring and Maintenance of Intra Communication Systems and Arranging Video Conferencing Communication to deliver support for the Virtual Communication Business Meetings. Installation of Business Software and Hardware’s based in the Employee System based on the Work needs and Demands.
- On a need basis Visit outside facilities to deliver IT related support and ensure the problems are addressed in accordance with time line and expected standards.
- Provide technical support for IT systems and equipments
- Ensure the Software lincenses are renewed on time
- Periodical inspection of IT systems and equipments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 experience in maintaining Desktops and Laptops
- Bsc (IT) or relevant technical qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
