**Roles & Responsibilities**

Provide support in implementing, managing and monitoring Social Media strategy of the company by curating a strong brand power in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

**Functional Responsibilities**
- Lead vision and strategy for building customer network (National and Regional) on Social Media for the company.
- Curate strong content strategy to generate higher engagement and retention on platforms.
- Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand demand.
- Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports by performing market research
- collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Act as a POC for all Agency & Outsourcing.
- Collaborate with influencers, vendors, Celebrities to scale up the community on social media.
- Measure performance of digital initiatives (from content point of view), develop objectives and draw insights from data analysis thereby leading to constant constructive improvements for platforms.
- Manage content calendar, social media content deliverables & lead day to day activities to maintain all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide communication strategy support to regional marketing teams.
- Monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
- Promote over social media, in a way that is consistent with brand and social media strategy.
- Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role incumbent from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
