**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines according to specifications, including tool changes, workpiece clamping, and program loading.
- **Program Execution**: Monitor and control CNC machine operations to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or errors.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of specific CNC software and controls.
