**Designation**: BMCC Incharge ( Bulk Milk Chilling Centers) Bulk Milk Chilling Centers (BMCC) in Dairy Farming are essential facilities for preserving the quality of milk immediately after it's collected from dairy farms. These centers maintain the milk at low temperatures to prevent spoilage and ensure it's ready for processing into various dairy products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**BMC Operations Incharge is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and management of these centers.**

1. **Milk Preservation** : The primary function of BMCC is to cool the milk to a temperature of 4°C (39°F) within two hours of collection. This prevents the growth of bacteria and ensures the milk remains safe and fresh for processing.

2. **Maintaining Milk Quality**: Chilling the milk rapidly helps preserve its quality by preventing spoilage and maintaining its nutritional content. It also prevents off-flavors and bacterial contamination.

3. **Efficient collection and Transportation** : BMCCs help streamline the process of milk collection and transportation. Milk can be bulk-collected from multiple farms and stored in large tanks for processing, minimizing the need for individual farm deliveries.

4. **Supporting Dairy Supply Chain**: BMCCs act as a critical node in the dairy supply chain, as they help ensure that milk reaches dairy processing plants while maintaining quality and reducing wastage.

5. **Technical Knowledge**: Expertise in dairy farming processes, refrigeration systems, milk quality control, and cold chain management.

6. **Inventory and Stock Management**: Regularly test milk for quality assurance, including checking for bacterial contamination, pH levels, fat content, and presence of any contaminants.

7. **Staff Supervision and Training**: Oversee and manage the team working at the BMCC, including operators, maintenance staff, and quality control personnel.

**Qualification**:
1. Any UG Degree

**Mandatory**:
1. Two wheeler (Petrol Bike)

2. Kannada Must

3. 1+ years of experience

**Location: Tumkur District.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
