**Job Title: Mall Crowd Manager & Arena Operations Coordinator (Weekend)**

**Location**: Aeromall Lohegaon, Near Pune International Airport.
**Position Type**: Full & Part-time

**Job Summary**:
The Mall Crowd Manager & Arena Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing crowd flow and ensuring safety in the mall and two arenas on weekends. This includes overseeing guest entry, crowd control, and coordinating with event staff to provide a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mall Crowd Management**: Ensure smooth crowd flow, minimize congestion, and support mall security in maintaining safety during busy weekend hours.
- **Arena Operations**: Oversee guest entry and seating, assist event staff, and ensure a positive experience in the two arenas.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer concerns, provide directions, and ensure a high level of service.
- **Event Support**: Coordinate with event teams to ensure seamless operations during special mall or arena events.
- **Safety Protocols**: Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist in emergency procedures if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in crowd management or event coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Customer-focused and calm under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per day

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
