Job Title: Associate Architect

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with chief architect to develop design concepts and construction documents for projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, specifications, and models.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for project design.
- Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural systems into project designs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Participate in the construction administration process, including review of shop drawings and site visits.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and interns.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
