**Job Summary**:
As a Retail Sales Executive at [Company Name], you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the construction materials industry. You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our wide range of construction materials to retail customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by selling construction materials to retail customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position products.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer segments.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- **Product Presentation**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the benefits of the company’s products.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
