**Job Title**: SEO Executive / SEO Specialist

Real Victory Groups is a fast-growing digital marketing and creative agency based in Kanpur. We work with premium brands across India to deliver results through innovative digital strategies. We're now looking to expand our SEO team with a talented and motivated SEO Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **keyword research**, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO optimization.
- Optimize websites, blogs, product pages, and landing pages for search engines.
- Manage off-page SEO activities including **backlink building** and directory submissions.
- Track website performance and provide weekly/monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Work with the content and web development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor algorithm updates and make necessary changes to ensure ranking stability.
- Execute local SEO strategies for Google My Business (GMB) optimization.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawling, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Solid understanding of **Google algorithms**, ranking factors, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Knowledge of **HTML, WordPress, Shopify, or basic web structure** is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
