Field Recruiters or Field Representative for hiring delivery rider's a cross Bangalore

For projects like:
- HyperLocal,Ola,Zepto,denzo,Fraazo, Swigg, living food,Igp,Flipkart, Amazon, and many more..Etc

Task and Responsibilities:
Planning daily travel routes based on locations for recruiting riders.

Answering Delivery executive questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.

Hiring for Replacement and multi-Tasking in various ways. Highly responsible & reliable.

On-boarding the riders on daily bases and helping to create I'd. And Make sure FOD is done by riders

Communicating to the reporting manager on a daily basis.

Visiting stores and hub every day-to-day requirement for riders.

Attending Meetings and planing accordingly for upcoming projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
