We are hiring for a Receptionist for our office in Santacruz West.

**Job description**

As a front desk receptionist, your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the front office area and provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, provide a warm welcome, offer assistance, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
You will handle incoming calls, screen and direct them accordingly, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers.
You may also handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
Scheduling appointments, meetings.
Receiving and sorting mail, packages, and deliveries.
Keep the front office area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
This includes ensuring that the reception desk is well-stocked with necessary supplies such as stationery, brochures.
Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
Additionally, you might assist other departments with administrative support as needed.
Provide accurate information to visitors and guests about the
organization, services, or products offered. Provide directions, offer recommendations, or address
general inquiries.
Monitor and control access to the office premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.
Additionally, responsible for maintaining visitor logs, and following security procedures.
Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and assist in coordinating meetings or events.
