Need an Assistant sales executive in a fine diamond jewelry store, with over 1 to 3 years experience presenting, guiding and closing jewelry sales. Should have thorough knowledge of gold and diamond pricing, calculations, presenting and negotiating with customers.

Should develop an ability to build and nurture customer relationships for the store. Should be observant and continuously improve with feedback.

Should help senior sales staff with sales support and learn from them.

Should have experience in receiving customer complaints, handling returns, placing orders with vendors and seeing orders through completion. This is a high visibility role and requires good etiquette and ability to manage customers expectations.

Ability to understand customer returns/ repairs and working with other departments like ecommerce, workshops, and delivery logistics.

**Salary**: ₹280,000.00 per year
