**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Physics Concepts**: Deliver high-quality lessons covering key topics in Physics, including Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, Waves and Oscillations, and more, in line with the NEET and JEE syllabus.
- **Lesson Planning & Preparation**: Develop detailed lesson plans, study materials, and teaching aids tailored to NEET and JEE preparation, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligns with the latest exam trends.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster an interactive and student-centered learning environment through discussions, problem-solving sessions, and practical demonstrations.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Provide individual attention to students, addressing their doubts and difficulties, and offering personalized guidance to help them excel in competitive exams.
- **Practice Tests & Assignments**: Design and conduct regular practice tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and track performance.
- **Motivation & Mentoring**: Inspire and motivate students to maintain a high level of discipline and consistency, while offering career counseling and stress management techniques.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze students' performance in mock tests, assignments, and exams, and provide feedback to help them improve.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about the latest developments in Physics, changes to the NEET and JEE exams, and evolving teaching methodologies to ensure the highest quality of education.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: A Master’s degree in Physics or a related field
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in preparing students for NEET/JEE exams, or a demonstrated proficiency in Physics tutoring.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of NEET/JEE syllabus and exam pattern. Familiarity with competitive exam strategies and teaching methodologies.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Patience, motivation, and passion for teaching.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience with online teaching platforms.
- Knowledge of using digital tools for interactive learning (e.g., smart boards, online exam platforms).
