Your typical day will involve upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent, contributing to course content development, and creating questions for certification and assessments.

- Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content.
- Upskill and cross-skill technology talent to keep them market-relevant.
- Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and delivery to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.

**Professional & Technical Skills**:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET minimum of 3 years of experience
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other.NET frameworks, such as.NET Core and Entity

Framework.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
