Urgent Required **Architect** For Leading Real Estate Company Located At Vadodara (Productivity Road)

Salary will be 20 k

Coordinate and liaison with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, various consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, liaisons and various internal departments of the company involved in the projects.

Involving in architectural and baseline engineering value addition as a regular basis, using your experiences and coordinating with the appropriate agencies, and the management to work towards betterment of the designs.

Work towards improving and bettering the architectural designs, interior designs, schematic, concepts, selections, etc. to help the company save monetarily.

Prepare schematics, concepts, presentations, working, interior, execution, etc. drawings for the projects and tasks assigned.

Undertaking schematic, concept development, planning, scheduling and executing interior designs and décor works at the site assigned as and when required and / or asked for by the management.

Assist and guide the Engineering Department and other concerned persons, agencies, contractors, and vendors involved at / in the sites or the company’s related activities, with architectural, interior, schematic, concepts, selection, etc. details, guidelines, finishes, and other such heads.

Prepare official drawings; and interact, hold meetings, provide representation on behalf of the company, and coordinate with various liaisons, local body officials, and state and statutory body officials regarding such official drawings.

Review, audit, catalogue and file various incoming drawings from the architects, interior designers, structural engineers, various consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, etc. and provide feedback, in order to finalise and issue such drawings.

Review, provide inputs, audit, and provide the management with reports on all the work carried at sites including all civil, structural, architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc. aspects. Cross verify that all the works are carried out as per the drawings and the instructions issued.

Coordinate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, surveyors etc. if any), attend regular meetings to ensure that all the drawings and records are up to date and keep them informed of progress. Manage a general oversight of all written and verbal correspondence with the client and their representatives.

Calculating material requirement, with respect to various drawings from the architect, interior designer, structural engineer, and other such agencies. Coordinate and oversee the selection and requisition of materials. Cross verifying any material orders, with associated challan raised at sites, and coordinating with the Purchase Department regarding the same.

Standardize all your working procedures and make flow charts / checklists for the architectural, interior or any other project assigned. Preparing project update reports from time to time, for management’s review.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- interior designs work: 1 year (preferred)
- official drawings wok: 1 year (preferred)
- Architect Work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:
