**Customer Service**:

- Greet the customers and ascertain the customer needs and wants.
- Help the customer in finding the right apparel within the store.
- Answer any customer query regarding the store, products and services.

**Explain the CRM program to the customers**:

- Visual Merchandising: Replenishment of the stocks to maintain the proper symmetry.

**Cash Management**:

- Cash and Credit Card Settlement.
- Manage the point-of-sale processes including software operation.
- Bag or package the purchase made by the customers.

**Standard Operating Procedures**:

- Global Count of the entire merchandise present in the store.
- Recording the manual done transactions the previous day into the computer at the day open.
- Self-appraisal to be submitted to the store manager.
- Stock replenishment at the start of the day.

**Achieving the Sales targets**:

- Meet the individual targets set by the store manager.
- Act as a team-player in increasing the sales of the store.
- Achievement of KPIs.

**Competencies**:
Achievement Orientation, Self Confidence, Teamwork, Customer focus, Service Orientation and planning skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai - 603103, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
