**Job Title**: Centre Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Centre Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Manage schedules, facility maintenance, and ensure all equipment and resources are properly maintained.
- **Staff Supervision**: Manage and support a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring. Ensure that all staff members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, resolving any issues or concerns. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
- **Administration**: Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and managing correspondence. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Organize schedules for staff, clients, and activities within the centre. Coordinate meetings, events, or sessions, ensuring that all logistics are taken care of.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure that the centre meets all regulatory and safety standards. Promote a safe environment for both staff and clients and handle any emergency situations appropriately.
- **Program Development**: Collaborate with relevant teams to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and activities offered at the centre. Help promote new services or events to increase engagement and participation.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate regular reports on the performance of the centre, including attendance, financial performance, and client feedback. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Marketing & Outreach**: Assist with promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Help manage the centre’s social media and marketing materials as needed.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing teams and operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar administrative tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (if applicable)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
