Quality Inspector

Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves conducting inspections of materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Incoming Material Inspection**:

- Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and components upon receipt to ensure they meet specifications.
- **In-Process Quality Control**:

- Monitor production processes through regular inspections and tests to detect any deviations from quality standards.
- **Final Product Inspection**:

- Perform detailed inspections of finished products to confirm compliance with quality requirements before release.
- **Measurement and Testing**:

- Use precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) to assess product specifications and tolerances.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality data, and non-conformance reports for internal and external audits.
- **Non-Conformance Management**:

- Identify and document non-conforming products, working collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to address quality issues and promote process improvements.
- **Quality Audits**:

- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Training and Mentorship**:

- Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to enhance overall quality awareness.
- **Continuous Improvement Initiatives**:

- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by providing insights and recommendations based on inspection findings.
- **Customer Feedback Analysis**:

- Review customer feedback and product returns to identify trends and potential areas for product enhancement.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all products comply with necessary requirements.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
