As a Barista at Baba's Beans, you will be at the heart of our operation, creating extraordinary coffee experiences for our valued customers. We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering top-notch service, consistently exceeding customer expectations, and spreading the joy of coffee.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and artistry.
- Grind and brew coffee beans to perfection, ensuring the highest quality and flavour profiles.
- Expertly steam milk, creating velvety micro foam for lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
- Engage with customers, taking their orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Passion for coffee and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for customers.
- Proven experience as a barista, with a deep understanding of coffee brewing methods, extraction, and latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every cup of coffee is crafted to perfection.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
