Job Title: Academic Counselor - Business Analytics

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic and career objectives.
- Provide information on the curriculum, course requirements, and academic policies related to Business Analytics programs.
- Assist students in developing personalized academic plans based on their career goals and interests.
- **Course Selection**:

- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career aspirations in the field of Business Analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in Business Analytics to provide relevant advice on course choices.
- **Program Information**:

- Disseminate information about the Business Analytics programs, admission criteria, and any program updates.
- Collaborate with admissions teams to support the recruitment of prospective students.
- **Career Counseling**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and job market demands within the Business Analytics sector.
- Provide career counseling and insights into potential career paths, job opportunities, and skill development.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with faculty members to understand the curriculum and program requirements.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to organize workshops, seminars, and networking events for students.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and counseling sessions.
- Generate reports on student progress, challenges, and success stories.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on advancements in Business Analytics and counseling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Business Analytics concepts, industry trends, and career paths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Familiarity with academic advising systems and tools.
- Passion for guiding and mentoring students in their academic and professional journeys.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
