Telecaller

Responsibilities
- **Make calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and answer incoming calls from existing customers
- **Promote products or services**: Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services
- **Close sales**: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
- **Build rapport**: Build relationships with customers and identify their needs
- **Provide solutions**: Offer solutions that meet customer requirements
- **Follow up**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- **Maintain records**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database
- **Resolve complaints**: Resolve customer complaints or escalations quickly and professionally
- **Comply with regulations**: Comply with all regulatory and legal guidelines for telecalling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
