**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Principal to lead [College Name], an engineering institution dedicated to excellence in education and research. The Principal will oversee academic, administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the college, ensuring high standards of performance and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**: Develop and implement academic strategies, ensure curriculum relevance, and manage faculty recruitment and development.
- **Operations**: Oversee day-to-day operations, resource management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets, explore funding opportunities, and ensure financial sustainability.
- **Student Support**: Promote student development through academic and extracurricular programs.
- **Research and Innovation**: Foster a research-driven culture and build industry partnerships.
- **External Relations**: Strengthen the college’s brand and foster relationships with alumni, industry, and academic bodies.
- **Quality Assurance**: Drive continuous improvement in institutional performance through regular assessments and audits.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in higher education, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of academic administration, accreditation processes (AICTE, NBA, NAAC), and budget management.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
