Key responsibilities:
Premises Cleanliness:
- Ensure Cleaning Maid has cleaned the office to satisfaction.
- Ensure Cleaning items are available and well arranged.
- Ensure office is well arranged and looking neat & organized.
Premises Maintenance:
- Ensure functioning of Telephone, Internet, AC, Lights, Fan, CCTV.
- Know the complaint numbers/AMC to call for non functioning system.
- Bank Work/ Online Payments of Bills
- Visit Bank Branch for purpose of Deposit, Withdrawals, DD, NEFT, RTGS and or any Payments & Submissions.
- Keep track of payment due dates of Credit Cards, Electricity, Telephone, Mobile, Society, Insurance etc and ensure timely payment.
- Ensure pantry is refilled with tea, coffee, water bottles, cups etc.
- Act as a runner for any office needs.
Refill / Reorder Stationary:
- Refill Complaint Form, Feedback Form, printer paper and all stationary items like letterheads, vcard, envelope, staples, pins, rubberbands, vouchers, etc
- Reorder Stationary items when required.
Catalogs, Samples and Mockups.
- Understand Samples, Catalogs and Mockups.
- Keep register and record of Catalogs & Mockups
- Arrange and keep catalogs, mockups and samples for easy availability when required.
Security
- Responsible for opening and closing of the office.
- Ensuring office is locked during closing time.
- Ensuring storage room is locked.
- Ensuring all lights and ACs are off during closing time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office management: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
