**Job description**
- Analyze borrower financial situations and develop customized repayment solutions based on their ability to pay and financial circumstances.
- Educate borrowers on the consequences of defaulting on their loans and provide guidance on available options for resolving their debt obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, legal, and customer service, to escalate complex cases and resolve issues impacting loan recovery.
- Monitor payment arrangements and follow up with borrowers to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and deadlines.
- Identify trends and patterns in delinquency and default rates, and recommend process improvements and preventive measures to mitigate future losses.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in debt recovery or credit management are a plus.
- Proven experience 2 Years in debt collection and recovery, preferably in the financial services industry or digital lending sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with borrowers from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with skip tracing techniques and tools for locating delinquent borrowers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
