We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling designs for various digital platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring that visual content resonates with the target audience and aligns seamlessly with the brand identity.

**Designer Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into visually impactful solutions
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop cohesive visual strategies
- Expertise in designing for digital and print media—social media posts, websites, marketing materials, presentations, and more
- Strong understanding of design principles—typography, colour theory, composition, and branding
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies
- Open to feedback, with excellent revision skills to refine and elevate designs
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
- Meet deadlines consistently without compromising creativity or quality

**Designer Responsibilities**:
**1. Designing**
- Conceptualize and execute engaging designs that align with brand and marketing goals
- Prepare design drafts, mood boards, and presentations for client/stakeholder review
- Create logos, illustrations, brand assets, marketing collaterals, and web/social graphics
- Incorporate feedback to deliver polished, production-ready artwork
- Test and optimize graphics across various media platforms

**2. Trends & Development**
- Continuously explore and adopt emerging design trends to keep brand visuals fresh
- Engage in professional learning to sharpen creative and technical skills
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas

**3. Accountability**
- Maintain organized documentation of design files, project archives, and version control
- Ensure seamless communication with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams
- Work efficiently with timelines and project schedules

**4. Portfolio**
- Strong portfolio required.
